Debt Litigation Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Debt Recovery Fee Earner to join our client, an ABS company based on the outskirts of the Sheffield Centre, dealing with Commercial Debt Recovery. You will be managing a caseload of defended debt litigation files comprising a mixture of contentious and non-contentious cases both fast and multi-track. Our client will consider a range of candidates for this role. You do not necessarily need to be qualified, however you will ideally have commercial litigation and defendant experience. Civil litigation fee earners will also be considered. You must be proactive, a confident communicator and demonstrate the ability to manage a demanding and high volume caseload. Parking is available at this office.
