Do you want work for a successful Company? - this client collects over £32 million on debts My client is a specialist in Construction and Commercial collection and has over 10 year's experience in the industry and operate over several locations including Sheffield. A challenging yet rewarding opportunity has arisen due to growth of their customer base and workload. We are looking for someone to be based in Sheffield, to specialise in collecting monies owed predominately across Construction and Commercial Businesses. Our idea is that the prospective candidate might come from 1 of 3 backgrounds…. A Collector who has a minimum of 12 months experience A Collector who also has Credit Control experience A Collector who has shown longevity to their employer What a day looks like in this role…. This role will see you providing day to day Administration to the Department, which includes general tasks, filing, internal and external post, copy typing, answering and directing telephone call, and assisting with customer queries via telephone, email and/or in person. Excellent communication skills are required for this role as you will be liaising with law firms/quantity surveyors and clients and taking responsibility for the Credit Control / Debt Recovery duties. It's imperative that you have excellent attention to detail as this role involves data entry and maintenance of databases.
