Multi-accredited firm located in East London seeks a technically proficient Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with expertise in residential conveyancing to join our client’s CQS accredited practice located in East London. The successful applicant will oversee their own caseload of property matters, whilst playing a key role in the development of the team. Responsibilities • Sales and purchases • Freehold and leasehold • Lease extensions • Re-mortgages • New builds • Transfers of title • Business development • Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions The Candidate • Solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers from NQ plus • Experience in residential conveyancing is essential • Demonstrate a flair for business development • Possess strong academics with a law degree or equivalent GDL degree • Excel in communication with outstanding client care skills The Firm Our client is a multi-office practice with strong roots and enviable reputation for delivering high quality advice to individual and business clients.
