Commercial Property Solicitor Manchester I am working with a global Top 50 practice who are looking for Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful team in Manchester city centre The Role Based in the heart of Manchester city centre you will be involved in advising an impressive list of clients from international PLC's, to investors, landlords and public sector organisations on a broad range of Commercial Property matters including: Landlord and Tenant matters Property Acquisitions and Disposals Property Finance Some Development Work About You You should: Be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE Have strong academics 2:1 or above at degree level Be excellent technically Work well within a team but be confident enough to work independently The Team and Firm The team is strong in Manchester and nationally. UK wide there are over 100 lawyers in the Commercial Property team with 35 working out of Manchester under the direction of 5 Partners. Overall the team is one of the largest nationally.
