However, it is not essential that you have prior experience in that area. This role would be ideal for a recent LPC graduate who is looking for their first legal position. As a paralegal with this firm, you will work alongside market leading professionals to undertake interesting and engaging duties. Typically, you will assist with: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various construction contracts Preparing construction projects documents Delay and disruption claims Professional negligence claims Risk management Dispute avoidance and management This list is non-exhaustive and there are several aspects of the area of law that you will able to get stuck into.
