Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 1-7 years PQE, Birmingham – A specialist healthcare team at a Legal 500 recognised firm in Birmingham city centre is looking to expand their defendant clinical negligence team. JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 1-7 years PQE LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £40,000 - £60,000 OVERVIEW OF ROLE: Regularly rated for their expert healthcare services, our client provides a knowledgeable and supportive service to their clients due to their detailed understanding of NHS procedures and background in public healthcare. The appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor will take on a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated defendant clinical negligence matters. This will include undertaking the full process from taking the initial instruction from the client to conducting relevant investigations and liaising with various parties including instructing experts. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least a year of experience working within a defendant clinical negligence role, and will be used to handling their own caseload. A good technical knowledge of clinical negligence as well as a working knowledge of the CPR is essential. THE FIRM: Our client is a top 50 law firm, with a number of offices across the UK.
