The role The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Company Commercial Solicitor into their prestigious Barnet, North London office. The firm has a loyal client base, the company commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work. You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies. Requirements You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE) A meticulous eye for detail is essential Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package This is a stand-out opportunity for a Senior Company Commercial Solicitor to join this legal 500 ranked firm, based in Barnet, North London.
