Residential Conveyancer Cheltenham £35,000 I'm working with a national private practice who as a business we have a long standing relationship with. Having recruited a number of fee earners for them, I am delighted to be assisting them with their search for a Residential Conveyancer to work from their Cheltenham office. The successful applicant for the role of Residential Conveyancer will benefit from a modern office environment, with excellent commuter links and local available parking. The ideal Conveyancer for the role in Cheltenham will have the below skills and experience: - Ideallly three years experience in managing their own caseload in Residential Property, although those with less should not be discouraged from applying - Confident in handling sale and purchase transactions in addition to shared ownership, help to buy, equity, remortgage files - Demonstrate experience of working unsupervised - Able to network and develop additional work This firm are committed to hiring a candidate who can confidenty add value to their offering, and will in return, support with additional training, development and career progression in Conveyancing.
