Senior Demand Planner Cheltenham £40,000 - £50,000 Benefits Role Profile Our client is a global manufacturing business in the Cheltenham area, looking to appoint a Demand Planning professional into their established team. The main purpose of this role is to create a long term demand plan for the business whilst also supporting the development of robust demand planning / S&OP processes and an Integrated Planning Process (IBP). Key responsibilities for this exciting new role will include: Establishing an effective IBP process for the business Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements within the Demand Planning / S&OP function Establishing robust relationships with key senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy in to the IBP process Supporting monthly demand reviews as part of the S&OP / IBP cycle Hands-on data analysis to identify trends and insights that will support long term business strategies Skills & Experience This is a challenging role suitable for candidates that can demonstrate the following: Significant experience managing S&OP and demand planning processes within a complex business Previous experience implementing S&OP and ideally IBP processes Good understanding of demand patterns and forecast models Excellent analytical skills Passion for continuous improvements Strong stakeholder management and change management skills with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement at all levels Experience of SAP APO Client information Our client is a global business with multiple sites.
