Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A very well established law firm in Glossop is seeking an experienced and highly motivated residential conveyancing fee earner to join its friendly and ever-growing department. You will be joining a progressive, high-quality team made up of the Head of Conveyancing and senior fee earners (who possess over 10 years' experience dealing with conveyancing matters). You will be given a high-quality caseload dealing with all aspects of residential property including sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, new build and right to buy. To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner with a proven track record of having handled your own caseload. You will have the initiative to build your client contacts and offer an expert service. The firm will offer you a salary circa £30,000, negotiable depending on experience, a vibrant environment and a highly driven team meaning plenty of progression of prospects.
