Overview
A great opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor at a friendly and down to earth firm in Dewsbury. Due to a recent influx of work, the firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to become a part of their team. You will be joining a close-knit team of 8 and will be supported by a Residential Conveyancing assistant. There is a great room for progression and career development. In this role you will be managing a variety of residential conveyancing work including but not limited to; freehold and leasehold sale and purchase, mortgage, Right to Buy and transfers of equity. You will need to maintain close relationships with clients and be the point of contact in which you will be expected to provide a personal service from start to finish. The successful candidate would need to have strong experience within conveyancing, and have managed a caseload of sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold matters previously from start to end.
