Job Role: Support the day to day operation of the 3 bedded children's home Ensuring the highest quality of care is provided at all times Develop and maintain key relationships with children, staff, parents and professionals Forge links with schools, HEAL tutor-led in-home education programme and transitional services providing support post-18, enabling total end to end care for some of the most vulnerable children in our society Essential Skills & Experience: In addition to joining an expanding company with the delivery of high-quality care at the heart of everything they do you must: Have experience in a similar children's care home setting Hold a QCF level 3 in Residential Care with Children and Young peoples workforce. Hold a full UK driving license Be over the age of 21 Must be prepared to work 24-hour shifts (including sleepovers) on a rota basis Why work for us?
