Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm on a permanent basis and will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their experience within Corporate Law. The key responsibilities will involve but are not limited to: Drafting of ancillary documents Preparing transaction bibles Assisting with completions Due diligence The successful candidate would have completed the LLB or equivalent and have strong academics. Previous Paralegal experience is crucial. It will be advantageous to have completed the LPC. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
