Overview
Site Maintenance Engineer Didcot c£30,000 An experienced engineer with 16th edition IET (NICEIC or equivalent) and knowledge of LV/HV electrical systems is required to provide engineering support within a BRC accredited distribution depot containing ambient, chilled and frozen goods. You will be managing contractors and the small site maintenance team for project, service and repair work. Therefore, you will require extensive knowledge of H&S requirements and preferably be IOSH qualified and be capable of planning and managing projects as well as ensuring PPM for all company assets and their maintenance schedule. Therefore, you will need to be able to manage costs and resources and keep within set budgets and challenge contractor costs where necessary. An ability to effectively manage and develop your team, delegating their workload and holidays etc as well as being the site lead contact for fire and legionella risk assessments and inspections so excellent communication skills and report writing skills are also required.
