As Customer Services Manager, you will support the Care Home in developing and understanding client needs and preferences, staff image in relation to customer service, and implementation of company policies, procedures and guidelines in relation to hospitality, well-being and customer service. The key responsibilities of our Customer Service Manager, include: Lead on the sales process within the home, with a focus on the private pay market. Implement effective marketing plans. Manage e-mail, telephone and face to face sales enquiries. Up-date enquiry system and meet monthly KPIs. Establish and maintain strong community links with external stakeholders. Provide support with the admission and discharge process for all new and departing residents. Oversee the standard of show suites, working alongside other departments. Undertaking administration duties when necessary. Ensuring that new service users are welcomed appropriately in to the care home with all relevant information given as per care standards act 2000. Standards of staff image are appropriate to meet service user/ relatives/ visitors and company expectations. To be aware / work with the manager and senior staff to achieve positive staff morale. Responsibility for circulating customer satisfaction questionnaires and then compiling results.
