Overview

Lloyd Recruitment Service are working with a reputable company in the Sevenoaks area who are looking to recruit a Customer Operations Executive to join their expanding team. Our client are experts in the design and manufacturing of computing systems with a strong global presence. The role: The successful candidate will be creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers. Will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinate and key the influx of customer orders, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Ensure timely response to customers’ queries and issues liaises with cross-functional internal teams Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Use client feedback to improve customer experience Help in other ad-hoc tasks as required to meet the needs of the business Deal with customer problems and technical queries by completing basic diagnostics over the telephone and managing the issue through our product team to satisfaction of the customer Sales Administration: Build quotes and receive orders Key and process orders Work with customers to understand forecasts of future demands Review Customer Orders and gain approval Work with the Global Operations Team to ensure these orders are placed correctly and arrive on time and in full Qualifications and experience: BA / BS degree in business administration, sales or display and electronics field Account Management Experience Experience in display and electronics-oriented industry Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office Fluent German Speaking and Written skills preferred This position may require occasional travel Knowledge and other skills: Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude Great listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Knowledge of electronic displays and embedded computer boards Adaptable and resilience Salary: up to £30K plus excellent benefits Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, Lloyd Recruitment Services are only able to contact shortlisted candidates
