Office Manager / PA / Receptionist Start up finance organisation currently has a brand new opening for an Office Manager / PA / Receptionist to come on board and hit the ground running. You will be responsible for providing a high level of professionalism at all times along with a muck in attitude, roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running. Excellent customer service skills, professional with a smile are absolute key. This is a brand new role that you can grow and develop in. Your day to day duties: Reception duties - this includes – meeting and greeting clients. Handling telephone calls / fielding / transferring / taking messages. Being point of contact for front of house. Setting up and clearing meeting rooms. Preparing refreshments. Ordering office consumables – tea, coffee, etc. and handling deliveries. Restocking kitchen and keeping tidy. Ordering stationery. Handling mail, newspapers and any messenger deliveries. Ensuring that the office is set up and running smoothly. Dealing with contractors. Setting up systems and processes. Processing invoices and liaising with the Accountant PA duties - booking meetings, diary management - setting up meetings. Organising travel and accommodation. Preparing documents - emails, presentations. Research duties and presenting findings. Ad-hoc Projects. The ideal candidate: Excellent written and oral English Able to communicate professionally at all levels. Five star customer service skills. High level of IT skills and able to pick up systems and processes quickly. Flexible, with a can-do working approach. Excellent time-keeper. High attention to detail and takes pride in their work. Able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Able to keep calm whilst under pressure. Smart and professional. Positive, upbeat and a real enthusiasm for the role and the brand.
