You will be responsible for managing a selection of clients and how they engage with the organisation Working closely with various teams, you will coordinate and debrief in order to assist with projects Manage/nurture a client database Update the CRM system regularly What is the company looking for? Previous experience in an Account Management role is ideal, if not you will demonstrate executing and maintain client retention strategies Ideally your experience will lie within Start-up/Tech/FS Experience using a CRM tool is essential First class communicator and self-starter Who is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?
