Overview
A City based legal company is looking for a confident and hardworking Administrator to join their company as soon as possible. Supporting a team of professionals, you will need to have a high attention to detail and a flexible work ethic. Your duties will include meeting scheduling, filing and scanning, formatting and collating documents, updating the database, ordering supplies for the office, taking calls and all other tasks set to you. Having seamless organisational skills and a high attention to detail will be crucial in this all-encompassing role. It is also important that you are a real team player who is happy to take on any task, big or small and in return you will be exposed to attractive working hours. Skills/Experience Desired; Recent demonstrable experience working in an administrative role for a minimum of 6 months is preferred. Confident juggling multiple tasks. Warm and personable personality.
