EVENTS AND RECEPTIONIST If you have ever wanted to get into corporate events and you're a receptionist with good administration and coordinating skills,this could be the perfect opportunity. If you haven’t got events experience, but have a strong background in corporate reception, then please do apply. This newly created Events Coordinator role will be responsible for the administration and day-to-day management of the growing number of events hosted at the EC2 City office. The events largely consist of daytime forums and evening dining events. In addition to event coordination the role will cover a dynamic reception desk, particularly during busy periods and holidays. Responsibilities : Main point of contact for all event space bookings and enquiries Will manage a centralised reservation system to make bookings and store data Work closely with the internal Portfolio team on event requirements; working to achieve briefs and budgets provided Liaise with external caterers in putting together proposals for evening events and dinners Work with the Facilities Manager in building and reviewing a preferred list of suppliers Liaise with Portfolio contacts to gather relevant info for Portfolio daytime forums Effectively communicate with the reception and catering team agendas and catering requirements for all events Work with IT in ensuring upcoming AV requirements are communicated You can find more jobs from us by searching: ‘Receptionist Wanted’
