Overview

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced expenses administrator, preferably with an interest in expense and travel administration, to work in an international and fast paced team who work alongside other departments within the business. This role is for 6 months, with potential to extend to 12 months working within a leading financial institution. Your role as expenses administrator will include: Processing Invoices Heavy spreadsheet management Managing the team's inbox, either actioning correct procedures on emails or delegating to the appropriate members of the team Accurate logging & tracking of manual expenses and invoices Updating procedures and policies Execute monthly and on-demand audit reports Adhoc assistant support to expense manager and team leader You will: Be an experienced expenses administrator, preferably in Financial Services Have a good command of written and spoken English Be a self-starter, work under own direction Be confident of your ability, happy to work alone or a strong team player Be a logical thinker, with a high quality to detail Have a high business acumen, being able to understand the bigger picture, internally and externally Benefits: Stunning modern offices based in the docklands Overtime available as per business needs Onsite canteen
