Overview

We have a fabulous opportunity for an eloquent and professional individual to join a West End Investment firm. Core Reception tasks will include; welcoming visitors to the office and offering refreshments, answering incoming calls, setting up meeting rooms and video conferences. In addition, you will be responsible for ordering breakfast and lunch (if required for meetings), ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked, ordering of stationery and other office supplies. Alongside your Receptionist duties, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant to assist with overflow PA/Administration tasks including; scheduling meetings, booking lunches/taxis, organising international travel, event coordination and assisting with expenses management. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to cope with last minute requests and tight deadlines. This is a small business and as such, the role is very 'hands on’ requiring a flexible approach, common sense and lots of team spirit. Skills required: Degree level education (or equivalent) Some front of house experience / Administration experience (desirable) Excellent communication skills with superb attention to detail The ability to multi task and prioritise A desire to join a forward thinking business where you can learn about finance and be fully relied upon by your colleagues as a valuable team member.
