Market Data Manager - FinTech / Investment Management Central London £100,000 - £120,000 Long standing and hugely successful Financial Technology organisation that offer leading-edge, cloud-based, SaaS systems for the global investment community. You will manage the Team, Data Process and engage with Senior Stakholders from within the business to deliver the collection and distribution of complex data gathered from over 25 Market Data feeds The Role Head of Market Data to join their London based technology team with responsibility for all market data feeds that power their products. Reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with the Product Director this is a key role within the organisation. You should have a demonstrable background in Managing Teams, Data Processes, SQL & Complex Databases with particular expertise of multiple Market Data feeds. Key Skills & Experience required Experience of Managing processes for collecting, cleansing and distributing data (from over 25 Market Data feeds) Advanced SQL skills and experience of navigating complex database architectures Significant experience of a various Market Data feeds An eye for detail and a passion for hunting down inconsistencies and errors. In depth knowledge of exchange pricing, fixed income securities and benchmarks Experience of defining data quality checks and process workflow. Understanding of company accounts P&L, balance sheet etc. Exposure to performance attribution and other portfolio analytics. Experience of databases such as Datastream, Worldscope, Benchmark providers like MSCI and FTSE.
