Overview

£35,000 - £40,000 Newcastle We are looking for an experience Senior Analyst to join an exciting organisation going through a huge period of change, utilising technology as an enabler to maintain high service levels. You will play a key role in introducing process efficiencies and new systems and technologies to support these changes. You will be an excellent communicator and problem solver with experience in software and technology analytical work, including requirements elicitation, data analysis and system testing from system and regression testing to supporting the users with UAT. Leading the gathering of requirements for key strategic projects, design technical specifications of new technology, as well as enhancements to existing systems, Key Skills Experience of developing as-is processes through mapping and associated tasks such as documentation. Developed the to-be processes and created robust and tangible business cases Understand technically the supporting systems and convert business requirement into a technical solution. Define requirements through workshops and meetings from internal and external stakeholders, and be aware of and align processes to industry trends. Use structured methodologies to help deliver solutions that will support our team of process champions. Experience of working in an agile environment. Engage stakeholders to discuss requirements and managing change. Delivering ongoing continuous improvement following a structured change management procedure. Develop relationships with the wider organisation and demonstrate capability. ISEB Business Analysis qualification or similar. 5 years' experience in a business systems analyst role within IT, working with systems and software development. Analyst skills proven in requirements gathering, process mapping (Visio), data analysis and understanding of formal methods. Keen Problem Solver Regression Testing and supporting users with UAT Negotiation and prioritisation to gain agreement. Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
