Head of Supply Chain

We are currently recruiting for a growing chilled food manufacture based within the South East, with significant expansion plans in place across the whole of 2020 they are looking to add experience to their senior leadership team in order to support the future strategy of the site. As Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for the end to end supply chain at site from goods in to dispatch, so you must be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of the supply chain process. As the business continues to grow this role will become more essential to plan the capacity and capability across the factory alongside planning the day to day production across the site. Currently the site had limited planning systems implemented so ideally this individual will have exposure to design and implementation of S&OP systems as strategically this will be a key project over the next 12 months. In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate that you have operated at a Senior Supply Chain level within food or FMCG, you will be a strong leader of people able to motivate and develop a team of people around you.
