Senior Verification Engineer
Overview
JOB AD: Our R&D Centre is leading the development of advanced power delivery products for computing, automotive and telecom applications. The Verification group is a key part of our New Product Development team in Limerick and includes IC Designers, Mask designers, product engineering, test, etc. We are looking for a senior design verification engineer with proven experience in verifying mixed analogue and digital circuits in the field of power management and switch mode power supply regulators. Remote work is not possible, but we are happy to support permanent relocation of candidates to Ireland. Responsibilities -Work closely with design and applications teams to understand product requirements. -Metric-driven verification planning. -UVM testbench design, implementation and debug. -Analog behavioural modelling using Verilog AMS/wreal and System Verilog. -Full-chip and block-level mixed-signal simulation using Cadence Virtuoso and Xcelium/Incisive. -Continuous process improvement. Job Qualifications -BSEE/MSEE with minimum 7 years experience. -Strong electrical engineering fundamentals. -In-depth experience in digital verification including UVM, System Verilog and constrained random verification. -In-depth experience in analog and mixed-signal verification including SPICE simulators and behavioural modelling in Verilog AMS / wreal and System Verilog. -Ability to script (Python, Perl, etc.). -Self-driven individual and a good team player. -Diligent, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative and handle assignments with minimal supervision. Inherent sense of urgency and accountability; able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. -Can provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Effective interpersonal, teamwork; able to interface internally and externally with all levels of the organization. -Team leadership experience is desirable.
