Overview
A highly regarded corporate team in Manchester are looking for a solicitor with around 5 PQE to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an attractive opportunity for a corporate solicitor to become part of an award-winning team and work on high-quality transactions along side two highly experienced and personable Partners. You will support the partners and senior fee-earners across their offices on M&As, equity capital markets, cross-border transactions and group re-organisations.
