Dev Ops Engineer Contract - (Inside IR35) Manchester Dev Ops Engineer required to join a well-established organisation based in Manchester. Duration- 3 Months Rate £450 / £480 per day Dev Ops Engineer - Experience Planning, creating, managing and operating a cloud infrastructure in a Microsoft Azure environment including on-boarding and transitioning projects from inception to live and managing ongoing BAU. It is essential that you have: Azure infrastructure experience. Experience working in an Agile environment. Powershell script development. Azure networking, storage and identity management across both the traditional on-premises Datacentre and Cloud. Active Directory. Knowledge of Windows Servers and Linux Servers. Experience in performing maintenance releases of Microsoft OS. Familiarity with the Azure Management Console. VmWare. Powershell. Related skills and technologies: Experience of shaping and managing the policies, processes and procedures for an effective incident/change/problem management system Good technical understanding of Office Productivity, Microsoft based operating systems and applications such as: Windows 2008/2012/2016 SQL 2008/2012/2014/2016 Windows 10 Office 365 Monitoring tools - OMS/SCOM/ActiveXperts Storage Solutions - Netapp/Storsimple Good understanding of Azure - not essential - training will be given Communication skills to a diverse audience Management of troubleshooting and problem solving of IT issues It is desirable that you have: Azure Certification.
