Permanent Structural Engineering Birmingham £60,000 - £75,000 A global sized consultancy are looking to secure an experienced and professional Structural Engineer at an Associate / Associate Director level to join their newly opened office in Birmingham. The consultancy in question have over 40 offices around the world and have a booming pipeline of work on some of the most prestigious projects within the industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years working as a Structural Engineer in which you are a competent and chartered Engineer. Your experience will include a diverse portfolio including multi-million-pound projects within sectors such as residential, commercial, mixed use and high-rise projects. As well as this you will have a proven successfully track record in managing projects, leading and motivating teams as well as being personable with clients, your team and other key stakeholders. In return, this well-established consultancy offers the opportunity to join an emerging office in which your actions will play a vital role in the development and growth of this office in its infancy. As well as this, there is a clear and realistic path of progression that would enable you to push for Director level roles, even more so if you contribute to the growth and expansion of the office with the clear aims that have been set out in the next 12 months.
