Overview
An evolving Business Services Group based in Andover have engaged Venture Recruitment Partners in their search for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager. Reporting into the Head of Financial Reporting, you will lead a small team that provide a first-class financial reporting service to senior stakeholders across the Group. This will include management and statutory accounts and other regulatory requirements specific to the business sector. You will also take ownership of implementing a continuous improvement mentality for processes and controls and be responsible for monthly cashflow forecasting. The successful applicant will be a fully qualified, technically astute accountant (ACA or ACCA) with strong financial reporting skills, particularly in regard to UKGAAP and/or IFRS. You will also have proven team management experience and be able to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
