The Business Robert half are partnered with the world's leading provider of surface treatment, applications and environmental services. Technology is at the heart of their business, with a broad scope of software, crm and development packages integrated in their bespoke systems and business applications. The business are going through key migration away from legacy systems to a new technology package and with that require exceptional developers to join their team. The Role The business require an exceptional software developer with strong C#, .NET and SQL server experience. The right candidate will have the ability to right strong quality code, assist on the development and migration away from the legacy architecture and address changing business requirements and developer better solutions to indicate problems. You'll also hold some experience with .NET Winforms and OOP. Any exposure with dynamics CRM 2015, D365 CE and F&O is desired but NOT a requirement. This role will report directly into the Development Manager, and you'll sit along side two developers, crm specialists and two contract crm specialists as the team grows over the coming months. The team are a fast growing, dynamic team who are at the heart of the company's migration away from legacy architectures. They are forward thinking, agile, collaborative and require developers that fit that model. On Offer The salary on offer is entirely dependant on your experience, your technical skills and training you've been exposed to. The benefits package is profound and you'll be based in their West London office. The company have significant tenure in the business, with flexibility on working hours and some scope to work from home further down the line. The cultural of the business is dynamic and easy going paired with some high stakeholder and software exposure on offer.
