Job title: Multi-lingual (Italian, French and English speaking) Customer Care Agent Location: Canary Wharf, London Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Rate: £11.50 p/h The client: Our client is one of the most recognised brands in the world. They provide call centre customer service and support on behalf of leading brands including baby care, adult care, feminine care and family care. The role: As a Customer Care Agent, you will be providing high quality and responsive support to customers around Europe. You will be liaising with other departments to provide two-way communication in a professional, courteous and prompt manner. Effectively working with customer care teams on issues that require attention and providing a timely resolution to any issues or queries.
