Overview
A regional multi-office law firm with a great reputation for family/care work is seeking a senior family solicitor/childcare solicitor to head up its Wakefield office as the Head of Childcare. You will be joining a well-established Family Team handling care proceedings and other family law matters. This challenging yet rewarding role involves working on significant cases in terms of the protection of children at risk of serious harm. You must be a qualified childcare/family solicitor and experienced in child care law. Legal aid experience is also essential. You will ideally be on the panel and have your supervisory accreditation.
