Overview

Works Control Administrator £19,000 - £21,000 (DOE) Start date 16th March. This will be based in Eastleigh for the first few months until the permanent office in Southampton is ready to move into. An exciting new opportunity to be working for a specialist provider of telecom network build and installation services, with a turnover in excess of £60M. This role, reporting to the Works Control Manager, will involve the following; To undertake training for own development Manage personal and group emails Validate, import and issue job packs received from Client Generate reports, daily, on existing works and manage with the field teams Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing Prioritise work and feedback to line manager as necessary Problem solving and liaising with relevant parties as required Handle inbound and outbound phone calls Effectively meet strict operational deadlines and report to line manager any potential failures Attend conference calls, as required, presenting any collated information to the Client and effectively discharging any actions Update various Works Control systems accurately with validated information Communicate effectively with team members and line manager General office duties as required Engage both direct labour and subcontract partners for works information to update Client systems, escalating within the process where necessary Raise referrals, using client systems, to highlight issues with job packs / works orders Build relationships with internal and external parties The successful person must be; Computer literate - Word, Excel and outlook Self-motivated and takes pride in their work Exact and has an eye for detail Team player and communicates well Good organisational skills If you interested, please apply directly or call Tayla at Brook Street on .
