Job Title: Senior HNW Mortgage and Protection Broker Location: Canary Wharf Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: L584336SBMC Remuneration: To £50,000 basic OTE £85,000 - £100,000 Overview: An established HNW mortgage specialist requires a Senior Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Sales Manager to join a very well established reputable HNW Mortgage broker firm basin in Canary Wharf, supervising an existing team of HNW Mortgage Brokers as well as offering advice to new and existing clients specialising in mortgages over £500k as well as complex mortgage cases referred by various introducers. Main Duties: Working with this very well established and reputable HNW Mortgage Broker firm you will be required to supervise the existing team of HNW Mortgage Brokers as well as dealing with new and existing HNW clients offering whole of market, specialist mortgage advice. Dealing with mortgages over £500k as well as complex mortgage cases, you will be required to supervise the team of mortgage brokers, setting monthly targets as well as offering full support and guidance. Our client receives leads from various sources including mortgage broker firms, private banks, accountants, solicitors, referrals as well as excellent internet enquiries. Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from experienced polished, well presented Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisers who possess the relevant qualifications and can deal with HNW and UHNW clients. The key to this role is to offer the clients a first-class full service ensuring that you retain business therefore relationship building is key to this role. As this role is also a supervisory role, currently sales management is also a necessity, with a track record of recruiting additional mortgage brokers and helping them achieve the company as well as their own goals.
