Overview

Our investment banking client are currently looking for an Data Analyst to come on board for an initial 6 month contract role that has become available based in London Role: Data Analyst Duration: 6 Months initially Rate: - £500 - £550pd - via UMBRELLA Location: London - Managing the project delivery for a portfolio of countries - Liaising with Country Compliance Officers for their portfolio of countries - Preparation of materials for key governance forums and in some cases, presenting data to senior stakeholders - Reviewing and validating reports provided for the project - Adhering to high standards and ensuring that the project artefacts meets Internal Audit and Compliance Assurance standards Skills: Strong MS office knowledge including Excel, Word and Power Point Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills; both quantitative and qualitative Ability to analyze problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask with capacity to organize and prioritize workload within a complex environment with competing and subtle resource demands Good mathematical ability Ability to understand logical data models Understanding of data profiling, standardisation Understanding of data impacts and how different data will impact the outcome of the analysis.
