Customer Service Advisor

My client is a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative medical technologies in urology, vascular and oncology products. They are looking to grow their team of Customer Service Advisors in their newly refurbished offices in Worthing. This is a temp to perm opportunity, so ideally you will be available immediately, however they will wait if you are the right person for them. There is parking available and they offer an excellent benefits package. As a CSA, you will provide a first class service to their customers by ensuring you process their orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring they receive their goods in a timely manner. You will work on both inbound and outbound calls, liaising with customers, district nurses, doctors practices and other medical professionals and family members. The role requires patience, great attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and above all, the desire to deliver the best possible service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and well-being. Full training will be given, as well as briefings on the products you will be dealing with. This is a fast paced and very busy role, so you must be able to multi-task, work to deadlines, work collaboratively as part of a team whilst maintaining a sense of humour. There will be a standard DBS taken up as part of their on-boarding process. The hour of work will be one week of 08:30 - 16:30 and one week of 10:30 - 18:30 Monday to Friday, with half an hour for lunch each day. You will also be required to work 1 in 8 Saturdays 09:00 - 14:00, with a full day off in lieu. These shifts are not negotiable, so if you are unable to work the later shift or the Saturday, unfortunately we will not be able to consider you for this role.
