Overview
My client has 2 maternity cover roles, both of which are part time and are due to start at the end of April for an initial period of 9 months. The hours will be 9.15am-2.15pm Monday to Friday for one of them and the other will be a mix of 8.30am-4.30pm and 10.30am-6.30pm Mondays and Wednesdays. Both will start in a temporary capacity with a view that you will then be offered a fixed term contract. As a CSA, you will provide a first class service to their customers by ensuring you process their orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring they receive their goods in a timely manner. You will work on both inbound and outbound calls, liaising with customers, district nurses, doctors practices and other medical professionals and family members. The role requires patience, great attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and above all, the desire to deliver the best possible service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and well-being. Full training will be given, as well as briefings on the products you will be dealing with. This is a fast paced and very busy role, so you must be able to multi-task, work to deadlines, work collaboratively as part of a team whilst maintaining a sense of humour.
