If so, please apply today Benefits: Working in St Peter's Square in Manchester Weekly pay Ongoing role 28 days holiday Great team atmosphere Full training provided, no experience necessary Access to benefits app giving you discounts with hundreds of retailers and more Pay Rate and Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00AM-17:00PM £9.27 PER HOUR Responsibilities: Duties of the Print and Mailroom Operative role are detailed below; Records management - filing/ prepping mail Using software and hardware to print materials Using guillotines to cut printed items to size and to a full-bleed (no border around content), laminating materials, binding books and presentations Wire binding Stock monitoring of consumables for the machinery and paper for replenishment Produce mail merges on Microsoft Word Liaise with clients via telephone and email, follow through any with queries in a responsive and efficient manner Providing print quotes by gaining the client requirements Manual handling of stock and storage of stock Process and reproduce a wide range of different content such as simple letter printing, through to name badges, presentation binders, posters, business cards and more. Communicate positively and professionally with customers Problem-solving Actively support and follow the client's environmental, quality and security policies Advising and identifying the best method of production and cost savings Work to deadlines in conformance with client agreements Foster a constructive team working environment and "one team" ethos Working individually and as part of a team to achieve results Encourage a positive, courteous and productive working environment Manual handling of stock up to 25kg's Working with ladders and comfortable with this Requirements: Fantastic team work ethic Proactive to keep busy during downtime Great communication skills and understanding of verbal and written English Good IT skills Strong attention to detail skills are essential Excellent attendance levels and positive, polite attitude You will work well both as part of a team and individually Ability to prioritise your workload and remain organised Adaptable, flexible and a team player Fast learner, able to take both positive and constructive feedback.
