Registered Manager (Bournemouth Care at Home) £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus Bonus Full Time - permanent opportunity Location - Bournemouth, Dorset Occasional evening or weekend work may be required, as per business need Care South is a Not for Profit Charity with a vision to extend its reach and grow its beneficiaries. Or maybe our vision excites you; to grow and diversify, develop our workforce and embrace new technology and models of care As Registered Manager you will be part of a progressive Management Team with an ambitious mission The Bournemouth office provides a full range of domiciliary care services to adults of all ages with a variety of needs. Outstanding in care, we provide a premium service to our wholly self-funding client base. Our aim is to develop and expand this service in 2020. We're looking for an inspiring leader, a people person capable of supporting, directing and developing a team with the goal of achieving and maintaining an 'Outstanding' CQC rating. A fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience with a forward thinking and expanding care provider. What we're looking for: You may already be a CQC Registered Manager or this may be your next logical progression. You will have a home care background, a working knowledge of rostering and be familiar with the CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.
