Agincare have an exciting opportunity at Chalgrove Care & Nursing Home for a Clinical Registered Manager (RGN) . Chalgrove Care & Nursing Home offers affordable high-quality residential, nursing, dementia, respite, end-of-life and palliative care for older people, based in the beautiful tree lined Branksome Park area of Poole. The post holder will provide effective strategic leadership and operational management whilst developing the business. What an Excellent Registered Manager (RGN) Looks Like You must have: Previous experience in a similar role or Nursing Home management A Nursing qualification and hold a valid PIN Previous experience of managing or having budgetary control Demonstrate up to date knowledge of the Care Sector, the running of a Care Home and the regulatory framework.
