The post holder will provide effective strategic leadership and operational management whilst developing the business. What an Excellent Registered Manager (RGN) Looks Like You must have: Previous experience in a similar role or Nursing Home management A Nursing qualification and hold a valid PIN Previous experience of managing or having budgetary control Demonstrate up to date knowledge of the Care Sector, the running of a Care Home and the regulatory framework.
