Overview

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Support Worker to work in Swan House, a residential home working with adults with learning disabilities. The home is based within London Borough of Hillingdon and they need someone to work on a shift basis supporting the 20 residents. The exciting opportunity within Hatton will include • Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. • Generally promoting the resident's independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.
