Insolvency Practitioner - Bedford AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a very well established and forward thinking firm, who in light of the current international crisis, are in the need to a qualified Insolvency Practitioner to support a busy team growing daily under the uncertain measures in place for most companies. The practice has 2 licensed insolvency practitioners, all of whom are licensed in the United Kingdom by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, who possess a wealth of experience across all industry sectors, providing clients with a caring and professional approach. Their partner-led teams are highly experienced and proficient in identifying problems and advising on the appropriate strategy to resolve them. You will need to be a highly experienced Insolvency practitioner, joining an established, successful team. You will deal with a very high-quality of Insolvency and Commercial Litigation matters for professional regulators; you will find the caseload will be broad and you will be on hand to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of insolvency-related matters. The Successful Applicant will be an insolvency practitioner with an established Insolvency & Commercial Litigation practice background.
