Overview
Urgent - Senior Engineer - 3-month - On Site - West London A Medical Company are looking for a Senior Engineer for 3 months. They need experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be the onsite Engineer they will be in involved in large scale rollouts and deployments but also helping with Desktop issues all whilst dealing with them in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements: Seasoned problem solver with considerable Microsoft Experience Any NHS experience is preferable Has support and deployed exchange Experience of working with large cloud desktop deployments, Microsoft Server & Exchange, SQL exposure, experience over 10 years in 2/3rd. Migration experience of exchange and cloud Full Microsoft Server Qualifications and Cisco an advantage Windows 10, O365, Teams, SharePoint Active Directory support experience Exposure to desktop support Experience of setting up new starters Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help the customers install applications and programs. Resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support Refer to any relevant information pertaining to the problem at hand If necessary, seek help from more experienced members of the team, working with the Infrastructure service provider and carefully document the process step by step Highly personable and great communicator Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Computer peripherals, mobile phones Experience of support on virtual machines Windows 10, O365, Teams, SharePoint Active Directory support experience If you have the skills required to perform this role, please send your latest CV to Start date: ASAP Rate: £275-300 per day Duration:3 months Location: West London This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/89948815
