Contract opportunity: User Researcher - Leeds - 12 months - INSIDE IR35 - £400-460 per day - must be eligible for SC clearance Please note: This role is INSIDE IR35, please do not apply if you are not happy working inside IR35 Minimum Requirement: - At least 5 years of practical experience of qualitative research methodologies, in terms of design, execution and analysis - Experience in taking a lead User Researcher role within a team, setting research direction and mentoring junior research colleagues - Experience managing team dynamics and holding sufficient authority to effectively challenge points of design without alienating individuals - Experience of working within an agile project environment, and maintaining effective performance in difficult and challenging circumstances - Specialise in designing interactions and interfaces for digital services - Work on all levels of the service, from high-level flows and journeys to the fine detail of individual parts - Work with different types of content and user-led interactions - Work across digital and non-digital channels - Focus on making working software rather than creating artefacts to describe software - Understand the technical side of design Nice to have: Degree in HCI/Usability/Cognitive Psychology/Market Research or related field.
