Unlike typical do-it-yourself website builders like Wix, they are a "do it for me" solution. SMEs fill out a short 5-6 points questionnaire in most cases on their mobile. Through a combination of tech and human curation, they build the business a website based on the SME’s input and complementary record public records. The simple website is free and hosted on their domain, but it is search-engine optimised and includes personalised, high quality content. Businesses can upgrade their sites with additional services like domain names, email addresses, advanced SEO, logos, and listings on high-traffic social media and map sites. Beyond online tools, we also offer third party solutions that a small business might need such as payment solutions, bank accounts, credit cards, bank loans, accounting software, or offline marketing. The tools presented to the business are based on the stated goals of the business and where they are in their life cycle (e.g. just starting out or a mature operation). In short, they are the one stop shop for all the tools small business needs to grow. Today they are signing up 3,500 businesses every day and they operate in the UK, Spain, France, USA, Mexico, India, and Brazil and are growing their global presence every month. Role: They are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create amazing user experiences to meet real customer needs. The ideal candidate should have experience researching customer journeys and user-centric features; creating wireframes; testing usability with customers; and driving pragmatic solutions. He or she should have an eye for clean and artful design, be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts and work to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. The UX Designer’s ultimate responsibility is to ensure that the product design meets the core business objectives while providing users with an optimised experience. He or she will be comfortable with all aspects of the design process, focusing more heavily on UX. Requirements Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer 5 years. Previous working experience as a Senior UX Designer for 3 years. Proven work experience designing UX for web Successful experience both as UI designer and as UX designer: Solved UI problems, UX problems, conducting UX/UI research, competitor analysis, evaluation and improvement of existing projects. Experience in next domains: E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service. Portfolio with more than five completed design projects, projects must be live. And you can see them (Dribbble, Behance, site). Skills: Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision, Marvel) Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Abstract Knowledge of guides and requirements of creating user interfaces Knowledge of A/B testing, Google Analytics, Hotjar Knowledge of HTML, CSS Adaptive interfaces development for different devices Understanding of usability principles UX analysis to identify users’ needs and understand how users consume and navigate content Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward the products Team spirit.
