Overview

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Chartered IFA in London looking to recruit an experienced IFA Sales Support/Administrator to join their team with company growth. Your day to day activities would include: Acting as the point of contact between advisers, paraplanners, clients and product providers Establishing and maintaining electronic client files Obtaining information from clients and third parties Sourcing quotations, illustrations and supporting documentation Preparing valuations, reports and other material for client meetings Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate records of transactions to include: o defined benefit and offshore pension schemes o small self-administered pension schemes o placing/selling investments across multiple wrappers and structures o financial protection products To be considered for the role my client is looking that has worked in this capacity before and has relevant experience for the role so they can hit the ground running.
