Overview
Demon Recruitment Group are working with a leading company who are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join their busy / successful team. IT System Administrator Salary 32,000 - 35,000 Per Annum Working hours Monday to Friday from 9am - 6pm 2 Saturdays per month as per rota from 9am-5pm. Duties Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level IT customer support. Maintain company’s servers, workstations, network devices and phone systems Maintain technical library and keep relevant information up to date. Communicate with third parties and take initiative resolving IT technical issues. Provide appropriate advice to customers for IT technical issues. Take ownership of customer issues and resolve in a professional and timely manner. Monitor and support all technical platforms, pro actively taking action when required. Maintain SLA targets IT services delivery Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time Qualifications / experience Active Directory, Group policy, DNS, DHCP Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, Linux Cisco switches, access points, firewall Avaya and Mitel phone systems MS Windows 10, MAC OS MS Office 2010, 2016 IIS server, SQL, Hyper-V Demon Recruitment Group confirms its commitment to equality of opportunity in all areas of its work.
