Netcool Solution Designer/Architect Newbury 3-month contract Up to £425 per day Digital Skills are working with a high-profile consultancy who are onsite with a global telecommunications company based in Newbury. Must have current active SC Cleared status Minimum 8 years' delivery and support experience on IBM Netcool Application Suite Experience in Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Netcool Probes/Gateways, Netcool WebGUI (TIP/DASH), TBSM etc Should have awareness of Netcool Architecture Hands-on experience in following Netcool Modules - Omnibus - TBSM - Impact - WebGUI - ITM - ITNM - ITCAM - TCR Report - Perl Script - Shell Script Experience of Integration of EMS/OSS applications Have a wide range of Netcool Probes experience such as Radio Network Operators Understands complex and advanced Network Management/Monitoring concepts Be proactive and preventive in problem-solving Experience of third-party integrations of Netcool with other OSS and BSS components such as ServiceNow/BMC Remedy/Siebel, XMatters, Inventory Systems Ability to work independently on multiple tasks along with Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and must have worked in an Onsite/Customer facing role Knowledge of Databases and Scripting languages This is an urgent requirement if you think you are right for this role please apply.
