Overview
Head of Testing - 6 months - Edinburgh - Inside IR35 Our public sector client is looking for a Head of Testing to join their team on an initial 6 month contract based in Edinburgh. Essential Skills: Able to design and execute a wide range of testing techniques for functional testing and clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Lead investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes and create recommendations Able to design and execute for standard non-functional testing. Manage the internal Test Team, third party suppliers test team. Desirable Skills: A working knowledge of Relational Databases (MS-SQL, Oracle) and SAS would be highly beneficial. A working knowledge JIRA and Test Management Tools such as ALM, JIRA Add-Ons A working knowledge of non-functional test tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Winrunner etc.) would be highly beneficial.
